TSW 600 TSW600 is a ready to use Masonry Waterproofer formulated for waterproofing interior and exterior above and below grade masonry walls, cinder and concrete blocks, stucco, brick, retaining walls, basements, foundations. No premixing or pre-wetting necessary. DO NOT USE ON FLOORS USES: DIRECTIONS FOR USE: For best results, masonry surfaces must be clean and free from dirt, dust, grease or paint. Patch all holes and remove efflorescence (a white, powdery, crystal like deposit visible on the masonry surface). STIR THOROUGHLY before and during application. DO NOT THIN. Apply TSW 600 Masonry Waterproofer directly on bare masonry to achieve maximum waterproofing properties. May be applied by brush or roller. Apply two coats using a good quality synthetic bristle brush. Apply only when surface temperatures are 50°F or higher. Allow 2 to 3 hours to dry. May be recoated in 3 hours. Clean application tools immediately after use in warm, soapy water. Approximate coverage on smooth, dense surfaces is 100-125 sq. ft. per gallon for the first coat and approximately 125 sq. ft. for succeeding coats. Coverage may vary depending upon porosity of the substrate. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: May cause skin and eye irritation. Avoid breathing vapor. Open windows or doors or use other measures to ensure fresh air entry during application and drying. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wash thoroughly after use. Close container after use.
